Phaze 3's journey began in 1996. Phaze 3 was Houston's first Latin male pop/R&B/freestyle group of its kind. After 7 years together the group members parted ways in the Spring of 2003. Rolando continued his career in the music business, but transitioned into artists management with the launch of Roland Entertainment in the Spring 2004. Managing the careers of Baby Jay, David Enriquez, Kolor Blynde & R-Unit music production.
